Current Course

1. Basic Christianity Class for Youth

A. This course covers the foundations of the Christian Faith. Topics will include the identity of Jesus Christ; the need and meaning of salvation; new life in Christ; Going deeper in your relationship with God; following Christ in your daily lives; and being a witness for Him. B. It is prepared for those who wish to be baptized in April 2024 and those who wish to examine the Christian faith further. (This course probably will extend to April due to prayer meetings on the second Sunday of each month)

2. Story of the Patriarchs

(Fore Fathers in the old Testament)

The book of Genesis opens to a refreshing understanding of the origin of the human race. It unfolds the narrative from the sin of Adam and Eve to the selection of Seth among Adam's sons, followed by Noah from Seth's descendants, then Shem, and later Terah. God's redemptive plan unfolded as Abram (Abraham) was chosen to be the Father of the nation of Israel. This nation, in turn, bore witness and set in motion the history of salvation. The lives of these Patriarchs were characterized by their humanness, as they underwent various transformations guided by the hands of God. This course attempts to learn valuable lessons from the lives of Forefathers in three months and is very suitable for adult students in the English Congregation.
